Logitech HS04 V01 connection

I bought a Treo 650 with your bluetooth Logitech HS04 V01. I cannot work out how it connects and I didn't get a manual. I have tried to setup the hands free option but the Treo wont recognise the Logitech HS04 V01. I have fully charged the unit but it is not found in nearby devices, What am I doing wrong? Mark

Try turning off the headset. Then setting your phone to look for bluetooth device. Touch and hold for ten seconds the larger button on the headset, should flash blue light rapidly. then command phone to find device, (commands differ from one phone to another). When phone "finds" headset blue light should change to intermediate flashing (three flashes every five seconds aprox.) Hope this helps..

Push and hold the longest button while you're searching for the device. access code should be 0000

Thanks Fellas. I made it work mine. 0000 is the answer

The code is 0000. I paired mine with my treo 680 and laptop up to last evening. Sometimes there's a difficulty with detection. Once you turn it off and turn it back on it would generally be detected by the other device.

I believe the default key is 0000. I've had the Logitech HS04 V01 for a couple of years, but haven't really used it much in a while. I also just got a Treo 650 from work, and had trouble pairing them as well, as I forgot the code and didn't want to bother digging up the manual, lol. Don't remember where I found the info, though, but try that. Good luck!

Unable to Synchronize with Vista 64 bit

Treo 650 can't be synced to Vista 64 via the cable, but Bluetooth works OK. Details later (I hope).

LG HBM-730 Won't Connect to Treo 650

Actually it's a Treo 680. Finally took the battery out of the phone. That seemed to clear everything so that I pair the bluetooth with no problem.

Palm treo 650

The 650 seems to have a delicate headphone/mic jack. Dropping the phone, even gently, seems mess up that jack. I returned my first treo 650 as defective, and got a new one. The same thing happened to my new 650 after I simply compressed the phone in my breast coat pocket by holding my mail against my chest.

I can't get a new one because the replacement treo comes with no warranty of any kind. :(

My advice would be to find a PDA/phone repair service to repair the jack or diagnose the problem if it turns out not to be the jack.
