Question about SanDisk Sansa e260 MP3 Player
I got my sansa for christmas and im having a lot of trouble understanding how to do some things on it. Ok sometimes the rhapsody channels work on it..well they did for a couple of months but then they just stoped working and it and a red box pops up and says please connect to your PC to transfer channel. so i hooked it up to my friends computer because for some reason mine wont download the new WMP or rhapsody. so i logged onto rhapsody and i went to the channel guide to try to sync some of the free channels to my player. I dont know how to like transfer or sync anything to my player using rhapsody because i usually just use WMP 11 to transfer songs. In one of the other posts somewas saying something about "drag and drop". Does that me like drag and drop the stuff from my library to my sansa file??? i tried doing that with a couple of my 25 free songs but like it will let me listen to them on the computer but it says something like i need to pay for this song befor i can put it on my player. Also im really wanting to put some rhapsody channels on my player but i cant get them into my library so i can transfer them to my sansa file. In my opinion the sansa e260 IS better then an Ipod but they need to be more self explanitory. So please if anyone has and tips or suggestions or even another website that has any answers pleas tell me!! thx:)
If your sanas e260 does'n syncronize with your computer or say data base..., take the battery out and conect it with out the battery.
