Sounds like you have a clogged defrost drain. If you see the water one to two times a day then check the drain.

GE Profile refriderator PSC25MSWA is frosting/icing on bottom of Refriderator side

Try defrosting entire unit. Put all food, freezer and refrigerator sides in coolers with ice. Unplug unit and wait at least 24 hours for unit to completely defrost, if neccessary open doors, plug unit back in and see how unit functions. By doing this lines that carry freon should become unclogged.

Ice Maker working, but water not dispensing

There are two sides to a dual water control valve. One side fills the ice maker and the other side is the dispenser. If one side goes bad you will need to replace the whole dual water control valve. If your model is the GSL22JFXLB your replacement is the=> WR57X10032 Water Inlet Valve

That hose actually ran Through the floor of your refrigerator on your model. so the leak is most likely under the floor of the fridge in the line coming from the water reseviour to the outlet.

The freezer has frost inside and everything is thawing out, the refridgerator is cool. I have tried to turn both sides up, but nothing.. Is it the compressor?

The pproblem is in your defrost system You have to check the defrost timer, Heating elements, and defrost thermostat. The coils have to be clean to have air flow to the refriderator side.

is you condenser fan runnig at all. look in the back ot the unit and if you have a cover plate hten you need to either put your hand close to the opening and feel if there is a draft or if ther is air being blown out that is warm. If not then the condenser fan may be toast.
