I had purchased new brand

I had purchased new brand HTC PDA phone few days back,
but unfortunately, while traveling it fall down and screen was damaged badely.
It is very costly phone for me and I had purchased it on credit
can I get it as repaired since it is under warrenty
iI have all legal docments such as warrenty card and bill, etc.


Any help in this regards is highly appreciated.

- I tried for insurance but ubnfortumnately in india no comany offers insurance for mobile phones.
