Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

You will need the connector cord and to download itunes (make sure if you are running 64 bit vista you get the 64 bit version of itunes) after that put your music into itunes then plug your ipod in it should auto load. If you dont want a song from you library on your ipod simply remove the check mark just to the left.

Ipod nano 8g

Did you place the music on your iPod via iTunes, or just drag and drop to the device?

The music must be added through iTunes, or the iPod will just act as an external hard drive--storing your music, but you can't play it.

If you just dragged and dropped, take it off your iPod, start up iTunes, then add the music that way.
