I have a Mac G5 OSX, and it seems that you don't have software designed for me. The mouse works, but I can't get your software to recognize it, or even read the software from your download.
The carton specifically states that this mouse is for MAC, but after buying and trying to install from the CD or the download it seems that Mac users have been ignored. Even your users manual is written only for PC users.
Can you help me, or suggest what I can do short of returning the mouse and buying another brand?

Try disconnecting the Mouse Receiver from the
USB port and reinstall the CD software program. When
the program asks you to connect the MouseReceiver to the USB
port, do so and it should work.
Hope this helps. Bud
there is a reconnect button on the receaver I beleave you need to press the reconnect button on the receaver first then the one on the mouse to reconnect. Also make sure you have charged and working battery in place.
This seems to be a old problem and if you don\t need assistance in solving it. It would be great if you would share to the world how you fixed your problem so other users can benefit from your experience.
