Kindly give me solution to unlock Hard Drive for boot from it. I forget the password.
SOURCE: cant boot
If you are sure no one has tampered with it and entered a HDD password and it is not prompting for a password then it is most likely a HDD failure. It is possible the BIOS will still recognize the HDD. Try disconnecting and reconnecting the HDD if you can access it there should be screws on the bottom marked with a cylinder symbol.

Just google "lost password" and you will find several utilities that will fix this. Simply burn the utility to a CD (they're typically in ISO format), and boot off the CD, follow the directions with that specific program. I've had very good success with that.

Check the boot settings. The bios may be trying to boot the old hard drive and doesn't even see the new one. If the old hard drive was removed, the BIOS will go to the next boot device. Also, is there something on the hard drive to boot to? If it is a blank hard drive you will need to install an operating system, otherwise it will not boot.
