I hada the same problem. I used the settings on the actual printer rather than through the software to input the information it needed and It works fine now. I was able to set it up on my husbands laptop without any problems, I just added his laptop through installing the software on his laptops as it had picked up the signal and was showing in the Network and sharing centre on Windows Vista premium. Hope this helps. I think you need to take the wire out now and now load it as wireless. You need to use the wire first to connect then take it out to connect to the wirelss network. My router is a Sky router.

I also have an Epson SX600FW and it has full Wifi signal strength as does my Mac too but it only prints now and again. I have to send a print job about 10 times for it to print. Usually works best when I turn off the router, printer and WiFi on the Mac and then reboot. Shouldn't have to do this though, is really annoying. Any ideas?

Tiptap is right. Initial setup should be done with the ethernet (not USB) cable attached. After setup, disconnect the ethernet cable. If you are having problems it's to do with your network, not the printer. I didn't have to touch any of the network settings on the printer, I just installed the software as per instructions.
