Question about RIM BlackBerry Pearl 8100
Hey my wife dropped her phone on the treadmill and the screen went white. The phone still works because i can call it and then blindly call myself back/
Remove the back cover, Remove the battery, if the phone is GSM take the little card out of the back of phone by sliding the metal cover in proper direction. Should be arrows. Put the Sim card back in battery back in then turn phone on. If this doesn't work let me know. Main thing is reseating the sim card. (this assuming you a service provider that requires a sim card. )
