Question about Eljer Arlington Non-Jetted Acrylic Bath Tub - 015-0241
There is plastic plug that is used to stop the drain, when you pull the handle.
seems like the chain is broken off the the drain plug. the drain plug is one way plug.
the only suggestion I have is to open the backwall or the ceiling to get to the drain pipe. then you have to open the drain in order to fix this problem.
there is no easy fix, since you can't get to the plug that is in the drain, and the more you pull, the tighter it gets.
I don't suggest try to push the plug down, it may clogged the drain somewhere else.
