I have a sony cdx-320 car stero. When I turn off the vehicle is losing memory and reseting. I am not sure what color the hot wire for the contsant battery power is and can not locate a wiring diagram. Do you know what color i am looking for for a loose connection? Thanks

(+)Red..............12v ignition
(+)Yellow...........12v battery (Memory) Constant Hot
(-)Black............12v Ground
(+)Blue.............12v Power antenna
(+)Blue/white.......12v Remote turn on
Orange...........Dashlight/dimmer
Orange/white.....Dashlight/dimmer
Orange/black.....Dashlight/dimmer
(+)White............Front left positive
(-)White/black......Front left negative
(+)Grey.............Front right positive
(-)Grey/black.......Front right negative
(+)Green............Rear left positive

Need to know the color of the memory wire in a Sony cdx-gt22w car stereo


the memorey wire is yellow. what i did i took another piece of wire. hooked them together an run to my fuse box. find something that stays on, without having to turn the key. tie the wire on one side of the fuse put it back in. turn the key on set one station turn off. wait bout 20seconds turn back on. if it dont work the first time keep trning different fuses till you get it.

did you buy a factory radio connector to connect the old harness to the new radio wiring if not you can get one at wall mart for 20 dollars and it will be color coded

Cdx-gt520 wont turn on


Pull the radio out and check the ground has a good conection. I had to run a new ground wire on one of my cars and make sure the hot lines are gitting a good curent.
