The hinges need to be replaced, there are no adjustments available.
Replacing a hinge, or both of them, isn't very tough check out these WEB sites.

This is a tablet and not a regular laptop. I could not find anything about it on the website you posted.

I forgot the password on my Samsung Tablet...how do i get back on it ????

  1. This procedure will lose data on the device. See if you can attach to a computer first and save anything you don't want to lose. When you reset and reconfigure with a Google ID, it will normally reload software you had on it (As long as you were backing up)
  2. With the device off, press and hold the "Volume Up", "Home", and "Power" buttons.
  3. Release the buttons when you see the recovery screen and the Samsung logo.
  4. Use the volume buttons to navigate the menu and select "wipe data / factory reset". ...
  5. On the next screen, press "Volume Up" to continue.

When I turn on the tablet I get the welcome screen for about 40 seconds and then tablet turns off and repeats this over and over without ever getting to home screen

Did you attempt to root the tablet or install a different bootloader? If so, try again because it hasn't worked. If not, something has been corrupted, try to do a factory reset. Normally achieved by turning the power off, then turning the power back on while holding the home key and either the volume up or down button until you see an android.
If you factory reset you lose everything. So if the option is there, first try the to clear the cache and dalvik cache.
BTW, did you try the reset button on the edge of the case? Stick a pin in it. Try that first.

Last night my galaxy tab 3, 10.1 started making a consistent bell ring sound. I was not using it at the time. I picked it up and the screen was blinking and changing colour from normal to black...

Probably because you don't normally turn it off.
It got confused.
I turn my phone off about once a week - it gradually loses battery longevity because of whatever processes started running.

It sounds as if the giro control has become faulty. If the unit has been dropped or bumped against something, it could have damaged the free movement and mis-alligned the set points for the giro. Best Wishes

How can I restore my ipad 2 without losing photographs that have not been backed up

Hook up your ipad to a computer by taking the charger and disconnecting the USB part from the white square with 2 prongs( I don't know what it is called) and then plugging the USB into the computer. Connect the ipad to the charger end and cut and paste your pictures to the computer.

I have a Android 2.1 Tablet PC X220 flytouch2 with GPS and Webcam and for some reason the power saver display option is basically turning off the screen instead of dimming it. so my problem is i can not...

Have you tried plugging it into the charger? If it's plugged in, the screen should dim but not turn completely off for at least 10 seconds. If it doesn't work, try covering the light sensor on the front of the tablet, so that the screen will brighten until you can change the backlight setting in Menu -> Settings -> Display.
