Getting error message: cannot find any photo viewer or another program owns it
Solutions to this problem.
Check picture file source folder on photo viewer settings, and assign the right CD path.
Do a system restore to a date before having the problem.
Reinstall photo viewer.
If still no luck, then Windows may be corrupted, in that case , the standard procedure is reinstalling Windows, then reinstalling the viewer, and the rest of the software.
