Hi mrtoupsclassroom on youtube

had to open up a used unit b/c it was crunching at the top and not coming down.

there is a string attached to all three zippers in back in the inside of the unit...............use a pick to fish it out and then cut it

on mine, I noticed a bent switch lever pulled it up out and bent it back using the upper switch as a model...............thing works great now............will grease it before putting it back

hope this helps..............email with questions or comments:

After you get the cover unzipped and removed, remove the screws around the perimeter of the back and separate the two halves. Near the bottom, where the power cord enters, is a small box about 2"X3", it's cover is held in place by three screws. If you remove the cover you'll see a small circuit board and on that board is fuse that may be blown, unfortunately the fuse is soldered in place and not just a snap in type. Hope this helps.

When i unzipped the whole thing and pulled it out, i saw 2 wires, and they were disconnected so i reconnected it then i turned it over to make sure that nothing else was out of place, then i turned it on and wala it worked also you might want to look at the remote, because there might be a big knot in the wire and then idk how you fix that.

I'm having a problem with my Homedics SBM 300H Massager. I was using it when it suddenly stopped, after hearing a faint "pop" sound from it. I tried re-plugging it in another outlet but still no...

Yes there was a short circuit and am sure the massager and the cpomputer where plugged in the sane extension box that was why there was loss of power when the massager stopped working. For the massager it is the fuse so get a new fuse for it.

Ilectrical problem

If I only used it for 10 min. and it stopped working? I would quickly throw it back in the box and find a store that sells them and demand a replacement. Or just buy the same exact model and then return the broken one to the store with the same reciept.
