update the firmware
1. click "Downloads" at the top of the software,
2. select "Firmware"
3. Update the remote
if that doent fix it then it's a hardware issue.
Call Harmony support. I have the same thing with Harmony 670 and they said it is a hardware error. No fix that I have been able to find. If it is under warranty they will replace it. If not, I don't know what it would cost to repair.
