I turned it off, then took the battery out for 5 minutes then put in back in and turned it back on, this should work, however for me it didn't so i turned it off and on again on doing this it went to the normal loading screen
there might be some ic or chips inside mis contact, you'll need to bring it to service center for them to openit and re-solder the parts that is affected, if still under warranty then just bring there and they will do the fixing, there is no need to replace parts, a it is needed is re-heating or re-solder
you have probly blowed your battery (aka) a battery leak check your battery to see in you can squese it if you can then its leaked and you need to buy a new battery from amazon or somewhere else for about 5 pound plus P&P
If the phone is exposed to any form of liquid or moisture it will damage the phone's mother board, it causes malfunction on the phone. You can try to have a technician evaluate it for you, if the phone can still be repaired.
hi colin i have a suggestion
there is one solution that has worked for me, take this mobile to a mobile phone shop that does mobile phone unlocking ask them to flash the handset( basically this is taking of all the software and installing up to date software) they could charge you up to £20 to do this because this is a hard job
the reason why this needs to be done is because the tocco handset you have may have lost a file when it turned off this is always happends on the samsung tocco
i am talking from experience i have flashed bout 15-20 toccos with the same problem

Hi, this is a serious internal micro board programming and hardware failure. you will need to send this phone to surmising for a board transplant and reprogramming procedures.
You can try to reset the program and hardware by removing the battery for 5 minutes. if this dose not work, it will have to be repaired by a samgung tech or your loca; service provider amy have in house tech that can do a board transplantlocally.
