Question about Dryers
My tumble dryer button wont stay on it will if i hold it ive now taped it so it works without me holding it with cellotape is this dangerous? i have checked it will stop when setting and cloths are dry and it does is this ok? will it damage the machine or cause a fire? and how do i fix it so it works without cellotape? please help me! claire
Remove the top cover and spray the affected botton with WD 40. it may be just sticking.
Make sure it is free and not catching on anything.
It will not hurt the dryer by taping it up,nor will it catch fire,
If it is still sticking, then it is a fairly simple job to replace.
Plz rate my suggestion for solution.
Thanks, and plz feel free to leave any comment.
