I am not able to convert and play videos on my player. I have Realplayer videos that I want to convert and upload.

You have to convert the Reealplayer videos to AVI format using Riva FLV Encoder or some other program - make sure audio is enabled in Riva. Then use the Sansa Media Converter to convert the videos.

you are using the sansa media converter which would only allow the user to transfer pictures and videos to the player. You would be using windows media player 10 or 11 to transfer songs to the player.
