Problem for Ricoh Aficio 450 Copier
Problem with Aficio 450 door cover sensors
A friend of mine is having trouble with his copier. On the message panel it is displaying:
door covers open.
close covers on relay.
I have been over the machine checking all the door covers and even activating the sensors to try and get it to register they are closed but to no avail.
Any ideas ?

First check the small door below the duplex unit on right side, if that is closed porperly and all others are also, it could indicate a blown fuse condition.
