Question about GE 36 in. Profile JGP962 Gas Cooktop
We moved into a house that has a GE Profile cook top JGP933 and simmer on all burners is too hot. Is there anyway to adjust the gas flow to get the proper heat. We use LP and the range has a sticker that says it was configured for LP. Fame color is blue with little orange at tips.
One way is the orfice that goes inside the burner.some have a little screwin the knob shaft to ajust.if no screw its the orficc.theres a tech sheet that will give you more detail about that on that stove.bottem drawer area or back.also so ranges have orfices on them in the back also.God bless, tom
