I am having trouble getting music files or anything else onto my phone. I am using the LG PC Suite software that came with the phone. It has instaaled successfully and tells me when the phone is connected. However, If I then choose one of the options i.e. Music Manager- my phone screen reads "Phone Agent- Contents". Then a second later it says "disconnected". From there the PC Suite will take me to the music I have stored, but my phone will be shown as disconnected. It will then not connect whenever I try to and therefore not allow me to transfer files.
Any help you can give would be much appreciated. Thank you

Have you put in a memorycard? You can use the phone as a hard drive only when a memory card has been installed on it.
If not you can only download music on your Viewty by using the LG Suite software that came with it which is very slow.
After you have put in a memorycard go to PhoneSettings and something called "Connection" right below Security. Then tap USB and then MassStorage. Connect the phone to your PC by a USB cable and now you should be able to transfer anything from your pc to your phone by dragging and dropping.
I have not tried WMPlayer but would not be surprised if it will just work fine.
Instead of loading the music manager, click on file in the LG Suite box, and then click 'content'. This will connect without a problem (at least it did for me, despite music manager not working), and then drag and drop music from your pc files, onto your phone. Hope this helps.
