Question about West Bend 84346 6-Quart
I'm trying to adapt a recipe from conventional oven to my West Bend 6 qt crockery cooker. It calls for cooking roast beef for several hours at 170 degrees. Would this be hi or lo on the crock pot? For future reference and my own understanding, I would really like to know what temperature the pot reaches at each setting. Thanks.
Hi = 150 C
Lo= 100 C
