This seems to be a major fault on the camera main board. There is no repair facility I can suggest. Items such as these are regarded as 'Disposable' so no back up. It may be a known fault- Look on the Umax website - customer support- if it is a known fault or the camera if a recent purchase they may offer to replace it, If all else fail you have nothing to lose to dismantle it to see if it is a mewchanical[switch fault that you or a TV/Computer tech with soldering experience can fix.
