Honestly, you have HDD (hard disk drive) issue.
either it dead or loose connection.
so if you aware of hardware then just take it off and put it back and reboot your system once.
if you have still same problem then you need to replace HDD.
and if you don't have proper idea about removing Hard drive then take your PC to repair center (if its no under warrenty if its under warrenty then send it back to them).

return if still in warantee return . my friend has a hp same as yours and it just died found out bad main board seems like bad batch of H P' s made with that model
