Question about Moulinex DG6 Food Processor
We have broken the interlock arm on the lid on a moulinex 588 food processor, now obselete, any suggestions please?
Has your problem been solved? If so, please let me know how. I need a switch for the said model. Otherwise, I would suggest contacting Moulinex in Scarborough, Ontario. www..moulinex.ca. They can at least refer you to the repair people in your city. The other suggestion, of e-bay, is great, especially since you do not have to go to the UK site. I have seen it on Canadian and US sites. If you check the booklet that came with it, you will notice it came with the Moulinex La Machine model, which seems to be more available for some reason, but only a few weeks ago I saw a few of the 588. While it might be difficult to find parts to buy, you might suggest that they send you the one part you need. That would have the advantage of saving on postage. Hope this was of help.

Check EBAY UK for any older models = you might not be able to get the lid on its own - Moulinex parts are difficult to come by unless they are still being made. Failing that visit UK shops such as Cash Converters or similar - you can sometimes find these food processors there.
