Nokia 6600 problem

did you try uninstalling ultra mp3 software ? it might be making a conflict. go to tools ---> manager (or app. manager) then scroll down to ultra mp3 application click options then remove. restart the phone and see what happens.

if you press and hold menu button it will show you all the applications that are currently open in the back ground, try to always close all the applications after using them.
