I think driver uninstalled and restart printer and computer. Some time wait and reinstalled printer driver and proper way connect printer cable. then printer cartridge level check and reinstalled again. I hope solved your issues. make sure everything is hooked up proper.. And if it is you should have a disk for your printer.. uninstall your printer and reinstall.. That should take care of it..
