LCD is blank (by 2 users)

I have a Samsung SCD103 Video Camera and the LCD is blank although I can see everything through the viewfinder, whether it be in Record or Playback Mode.
Is there a way to resolve this problem?

WizYes but needs to go to service .The strip connector between the lcd and main pcb board is faulty and needs to be replaced.
