You may need a new CMOS battery.
For now, you will most certainly need to reconfigure your BIOS as it is probably not recognizing your hard drive.
Your PC should tell you which key to use to enter your BIOS setup, such as ESC, DEL, F2 etc.  Press the appropriate key while booting to access the BIOS configuration.  From there, see if there is an option to set the hard drive to AUTO.
Also, it's possible that the BIOS is recognizing the hard drive, but your Master Boot Record (MBR) has been corrupted.  To fix this, insert your OS (windows) disk and load into a DOS command prompt via selecting the REPAIR option.  Once at your command prompt, type in FIXMBR, and press <ENTER>. It will warn that rewriting the MBR may cause problems...just continue.  Once successful, reboot your PC.
If that doesn't work, then you will probably need more help reconfiguring the BIOS, and may need to replace the small battery on your motherboard.

Disk error failure for hp presario sr1910nx. how can I fix this? I brought a new hard drive but I received the same disk boot failure. I do not have the system recover CD.

If possible it will be good if you can get help from the HP service centre.. or call the service call centre. Check on website for information of the nearest centre and make an appointment .
You can also send it over after consultation. I recommend this to save money/time on unnecessary purchase without a confirmation and then getting sttuck when we want material( software) from HP.
So decide on my advice.

System unit error in pentium 3 compaq presario

304 error reffers to keyboard error. Verify if your keyborad is properly plugged in, also verify if it's working (pressing Num Lock will turn on the led, pressing again will turn off).
If you plugged in an USB keyboard it won't work, it is necessary to be present an PS/2 keyboard.

I'm sorry to say this sounds like a system board failure. On my HP DV200t, a very similiar issue occured, eventually only the led where you plug in the power cord would turn blue. I replaced the system board and all the issues went away.
Hope this helps, and I am sorry to be the bearer of bad news.

System32 dll file is missing or corrup

There is a good possibility that you are having a hardware failure of the Hard Disk Drive, causing the windows error.

Either in the BIOS or in the F12 boot menu should be an option to run diagnostics, see if the hard drive fails. If it does, then you need to replace the drive.

If not, you will likely need an XP Installation CD so you can boot to Recovery Console and run the command CHKDSK /P to try and recover the operating system
