I lost the remote to my loewe aconda tv but i am in the wrong input. can i change the input without the remote? it seems that this television is useless without the remote

My Loewe Aconda 81 HDR TV will not turn on. When I press the power button the green light comes on but the red light stays on with it and after a few seconds the green light goes out and the red light stays on. Any help please.

No you cannot. i recommend going to walmart buying a phillips universal remote( about 9 bucks) The silver one , it says "PHILIPS universal" at the bottom. Then program code 0722 into it . all the important fuctions will work like menu and input , pip. But the functions you loose are format and the direct video and audi seting buttons.

possible bad handunit. to ck hold up to am radio tune to700 push remote buttons if working you will here buzzing. if not try universail remote.

This is the begenning of the end. Soon geen and red will go on and off and you will end up with a black screen.
Flyback transformer and a fuse along with 3 others components will have to be replace for a $600 repair cost.
This Monitor is still the best around, to you to decide what to do.
