All of the jumper settings are printed on the motherboard in the area of the CPU.
You will need to remove the power supply to see them.

The AMD K6 II / 350 has a 100 MHz bus speed and a 3.5 multiplier. I was online with a tech at HP and even they don't know, but if they send the motherboard manual as promised and it has the info I'll post a comment. They did say it can't be done in the BIOS. I can tell you often the major manufacturers used boards where the jumper locations were soldered and didn't even have pins to change the settings, making it pretty hard to upgrade the processor.
Do you see any jumpers on the board at all? Sometimes the multiplier & clock speed info is printed right on the board in tiny white letters.
