Upon boot up Keep getting the error 191FE.. Unsure what to do to fix this.. Also I can sometimes by pressing F1 get windows to want to start but it doesnt start and instead goes to an error saying Unable to load device drivers.

- I am unable to get anywhere with safe mode.. it just reverts to the 191FE... its not booting from any cd.Jan 01, 2009
- Also there isnt a virus on it its a fresh copy..of windows.. we were trying to get windows off and put linux on it.. we got the pc from a friend but upon boot up we get the 191FE recent it was loading fine few days ago.Same Problem

- 191fe is a System Power Management issue. If you were to try to update the bios you would get an error stating "The System Power Management is disabled." If you figure out how to re-enable the System Power Management, post your findings because my 600X has the same issue. - GuestSolution #1

That could be many things, but near the top of the list is a virus. Try to boot into safe mode by pressing F8 repeatedly as soon as you power on the computer, then run a virus scan. If you can boot from your cd and run a scan from there that would be even better.
