Question about Microsoft Zune JS8-00001 Digital Media Player
My zune's battery went down so I charged it through the computer. When I went to unplug it from the computer all that was displayed was zune and I couldn't navigate through the programs or turn it off. All I could do is let the battery die and try again, but there was no change. Please help me. You can email me at email@example.com. Thanks in advance.
If you can get it viewed on your computer still, reformat it then reinstall the firmware to the zune.
