After the bulb replacement, the lamp hour should be retested. If you replace the bulb, and after the lamp hour reset to new bulb; and after that you replace it with old bulb, it won't work. You have to perform a quick search (although it might not be that quick) for the code. Proceed as follows:

IMP: Switch on your TV set.

1. Press the SET button and hold.
2. While holding the SET button press the TV1 (or another TV/AUX button) and release both buttons.
3. Press the SET button again. The red light is now bleeping.
4. Press the POWER button repeatedly at 1 or 2 second interval until your TV switches off.
5 When the TV turns off press the TV1 button again and you are done.

Hi,
4 times flash of standby light shows that TV has problem in Vertical Deflection area and possible causes are IC1509(V out) is broken and / or Q1505(V Pulse Buffer) is broken.
Please check / test above said IF you have experience of TV repair.

THIS SOUND LIKE A FAULTY START SWITCH OR ON/OFF BUTTON WHICH IS COMAN TO GO ON TVS

THe standby light will blink a code that should be a repeating code. Please post the count here as that indicates which circuit has the fault. That info coupled with the model number above will allow us to explain what is broken and perhaps what parts need to be changed to fix it.
