Question about Jenn-Air JED8430 Electric Cooktop
We've had our cooktop for almost 2 years. today the power shut off and now the burners are not working although we've turned them on high and the fan still works. what could the problem be? and how do you think we could fix it?
Very likely your power supply is faulty. With 220 volts both legs must have power for the burners, but the fan will run on only one leg. Hope this helps!
