Question about Coby DVD-209
I tried to install the DVD player, and all say I'm not a genius with electronics, but I thought I followed the instructions correctly. When I played the movie the image and sound it come right, but only in black and white, when I switch to cable the color is there, so I know is not the TV set up. Can you please help me to figure this one out????. Thank you!

Doyou have a button on your remote marked N/P or NTSC/PAL? If you do, trypressing it to see if this brings back the color. After trying that, ifit doesn't work, or you don't have a button like that on your remote,look for a button marked PSCAN. If that doesn't work, please send anemail to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please be sure to put "Request fortech support" in the subject line of the email.
