Both my daughter and I bought an ECM20 Mr. Coffee Espresso machine and the handle on the filter holders broke in half . How do we get hold of the complaint department? We have had our machines less than a year.

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Can on/off red light be fixed on a krups 321. cofeemaker works

The bulb in the switch button will be faulty, it is not available separately from the switch and the switch is obsolete with no alternative part number supplied.

Where can you buy parts

The on/off switch is not available to retail end users from Mr. Coffee. I checked ereplacementparts.com (which has a good supply of parts for almost anything), and they recommend contacting an authorized Mr. Coffee repair place. (http://www.ereplacementparts.com/coffee-ecm20-espresso-cappuccino-parts-c-116130_116133_116388.html) So if you wanted to do it yourself, you'd have to find an aftermarket switch to use, rather than the OEM.

Steam is escaping from where the lid of the machine screws down and seals with the body of the machine. I see no gaskets to replace. What do I do?

The seal to the reservoir cap is actually inside the cap. The cap (109018-000-000) is still available for the ECM20. We actually only have one left in stock, we have some more on order but right now I only have one. 17f9a8b.jpg
