Were is zune driver

There is no driver for the Zune as such, what is it that you are trying to do?
The Zune should be recognised by the operating system as a mass storage device.
I hope I have been of help but please do not hesitate to ask if you have any further questions.

My zune dont charge i that be fix

Hello

Yes, it is a common problem for some of the Zune players. The charging unit in the player self might be broken.

Have you checked the charging cable?
Something else you can try is to hold down the play/pause button for a while, this will restart the unit.
If this does not work, click on the following link, where you will be directed to Microsoft's zune support page. They will be able to let you know where the nearest repair centre is located.

http://www.zune.net/en-GB/

Hope this can steer you in the right direction.

Kind regards
Andrea

I could not able to charge my zune player

Your Zune might have a hardware issue, or perhaps the hold/lock switch is engaged, which is why it is not charging. Go here for more help:

ZUNE 80G BATT

Hello LB613,

It sounds like the battery is failing. Over time the amount of operating time you can expect between charges will decrease. The battery will still come up to normal voltage and thus will appear to charge normally but it will become depeleted very quickly during use.

You can contact Microsoft to get more information about a battery replacement for your MP3 player. The official Zune website is: http://www.zune.net.

Best Regards,

Zune warranty

Hello btexpresss,

Sorry to hear about your Zune. Unfortuantely, liquid damage is not covered by the manufacturer's limited warranty or Best Buy's™ Performance Service Plan. The unit may still be repairable but those repairs are not going to be covered by the service plan.

Best Regards,
Ken
