Everytime i go to click on my webcam i click oin the icon and then the writting goes white x
Have you uninstalled the webcam drivers?
Also unplug the device.
Hold the WINDOWS key and the PAUSEBREAK key together
Go to Hardware tab
Do you see the device?
Also, go into Start | Settings | Control Panel. Do you see the webcam there?
