Re: windows live messenger problem
What it is trying to do is install Windows Live Messenger so you can use your camera to communicate eith family and friends. At present you do not have a Messenger Program installed to do so.
What I suggest you do is download Skype which is FREE and leTs you connect to several or more family members and talk and view their picture.
Go to this site and download and install the Skype program. http://www.skype.com/intl/en/download/skype/windows/beta/downloading/ You will have to pick an ID, After you get it setup, you will have to go to TOOLS, then OPTIONS, and setup the AUDIO SETTING and then the VIDEO SETTINGS. Then you will be able to add people to your contact list and call them and use your VIDEO Camera to see them. If I can be of further assistance to you I will be pleased to assist uyou to get it all working. Hope this is of some help . Bud

on the bottom of the page click on Save.
The camera and audio should function properly.Your friends and Family will now be able to
see and her to you.
After you start Windows Live Messenger, expand the view by clicking on the square on top left next to the red X. Then on the Windows Live messenger window on the right side, click on “ “Show Menus.” And then click on “Show the Menu Bar”. Next go to the Menu Bar on right side, click on Action.
