For driver of MSR605 please click hear after downloading the driver. Extract with WinRAR this is same like WinZip, After Extracting the RAR file you will the All CD content. It is very simple. Usually drivers comes in the .ZIP, .RAR, .MSI or .EXE formats. Download the drivers in any folder. Then download the winrar software and extract the program at another place. You will find setup.exe or install.exe or similar file to execute. Execute the file and i will do everything automatically. But this will work only with any version of microsoft windows.
