Speaker problem o2 xda ii mini

There seem to be two speakers. One on the front and one on the back. On my phone the front speaker is not working. So I cant hear callers unless i enable the speakerphone (back speaker). Does anyone know if this is a software problem that can be fixed or is my phone speaker physically broken? please email me if you have a solution to ankit61@gmail.com

no you need to have internal speaker replaced. You can get the part on ebay
