Check for dirty filters or lack of airflow as well.

Goodman GS9 propane furnace inducer motor runs continuously


it sounds like the low temp limit switch, the one that cools the furnace down with the burner off and the thermostat open, when it cools to a point the fan stops, the other switch in burner area turns burner off/on, hope this helps

Heater begins to run-ignites-blows for about 10-15 seconds then turns off


check snap disc, little round silver disk with two wire going to them,should be about 4 or 5 on a goodman they have small reset buttons on the back of them, try this, and get back if it dont work, good day

look for flashing code thru blower door peep hole aftter it shuts down and let me know the amount of flashes

Goodman model 135-5 furnace fan and induce motor run all time even with thermostat off. Theermostat and wire were replace


Is there a thermal Fan/Limit switch in this furnace? If so you may need to tweak the low range setting so it can turn off the blower.

you need to call tech right of way all equipement that has been exposed to water should have all electronic parts replaced and should not be run until checked by a trained tech could create a danger to life and property

Goodman heater not turning on


If your pressure switch is clogging then you need to check the flue pipe make sure it is not rusting. If it is the flue should be replaced and also think about replacing the pressure switch. Check your high limit switch also. If the pressure switch goes sometimes it pops the high limit

Too frequent on/off cycle


Is it reaching the temp. set on the T-stat? Is the T-stat digital? If so the differential on the T-stat(the temp.difference between where it turns on and turns off) is probably set at about .5 degrees. I recommend changing it to 1.5 degrees. The instructions to reset it should be in the T-stat manual.

Either yourself or a Heating specialist will have to replace the gas valve.. Once installed you will plug unit back in which will reset power board and should work fine
