Actually I think 99D61350 is your serial number. Your model number is probably X448EE. Is the unit about 48 inches wide with 8 open top burners and two small ovens?

Go to:

and pick the "400 series range" and that may be the manual you are looking for.

The timer works sometimes and then other times it won't...any ideas?

Hello. Your issue might be a defective timer. REMOVE POWER FIRST!! Definitely check for loose(or burned) wiring connections. Over time, the contacts can oxidize and/or heat can loosen the spade lug connectors that attach the wires to the control. The exploded parts diagrams and parts lists can be found here:

From a cold start I do not get a spark to ignite the oven is it the igniter or thermostat

If you turn it all the way up it doesn't spark? Or push down on the knob? You should be able to hear it. If the timer on the front panel isn't on, the circuit breaker may be blown. It doesn't have a very good reputation.

Oven lock light is flashing and oven is not working. What to do

Hey friend, thank you for your post!

I see your oven lock light is flashing and the oven is not working on your Frigidaire range. Are you able to provide model number, with that information I can research any additional information for your range. You can locate the serial tag (which lists your model number) behind the bottom drawer of your range. Thank you for the post and I look forward to assisting you. -Matt

Southbend 460DD-2TR no pilot after replacing safety valve/thermo couple

Sounds like if you are not getting any kind of flame your pilot assembly will have to be taken out and cleaned. Your pilot orifice is clogged up with build up. Will need a screwdriver, 7/16 wrech and or a 1/2''.

I need to calibrate my southbend model #x436d standard gas oven

If you pull the knob off there is a very little screw in there that you can turn with a small screwdriver. I believe left is increase and right is decrease, but I could be wrong. Very little turns do a lot. You can tell if you are going the right way if the burners get bigger or not. This takes a while so do a 1/4 turn and let it sit for a while, take temp and adjust again if needed.

I need a manual for my stove. It ia a self cleaning gas stove. Is there a phone number I can call?

If you find the model number, you can probably find the manual online. For Kenmore appliances, try Manage My Life and enter the model number in the search box. If the model is in the database, you will get two possible links. One is to a PDF of the manual; the other will be for the searspartsdirect parts lists. For some ovens, you can buy a hard copy of the manual.

If you prefer to call, then call Sears Parts DIrect at 1-800-252-1698. The hours are M-F 6:30 AM-10:30 PM - Sat 7:00 AM-9:30 PM - Sun 7:30 AM-9:30 PM - All times Central . (This source will also have some manuals for other brands sold at Sears.)

The model number will be on a plaque somewhere on the appliance. For a range: you may find the information just below the control panel, on the frame of the oven (inside the door), on the frame of the range behind the storage door or near one of the legs of the unit. Wall ovens usually have the model information either below the control panel or on the frame of the oven door or behind the storage drawer (if there is one). Cooktops usually have the model information on the edge of one of the burners. The location will vary depending on the specific unit.

If you add your model number in a comment, I'll see if the manual is available for you.

I hope this helps.

We purchased a used GE gas range with sealed burners and self cleaning oven. We are trying to find the model and serial numbers for it. They only numbers we can find are inside the oven door on the side...

How to find the MODEL NUMBER
  • Look for a silver or white label as shown in the drawing below
  • Zeros and ones often look like the letter "O" or lower case "L"
  • Model numbers from owner's manuals are often incomplete or incorrect

Southbend model : x436d need to connect to lpg bullet does not have a regulator on the range do i need 1 before connecting

off the bottle you will need a regulator and at the back of the stove you will need a yellow gas tap as an isolator remember bottle pressure can reach as high as 1200kpa on a hot day and you only need 2.75kpa for the range and your line size is 1/2'' and use gas tape on all fittings and leak test with soapy water

We have a Whirlpool Accubake oven, about 10 years old, in the house we recently purchased. Everything on top works fine; however, the oven temperature control timer goes off in 5+ minutes whether set at...

I can't imagine that this is true at all. Taking 15 minutes to reach temp is a waste of energy and this is not how this appliance was designed to work at all.
