This problem seems to be caused either by malware (virus or spyware etc), or by software following a Windows update or some other software installation or uninstallation (particularly HP, Norton or QuickTime software) trying to check for removable media that isn't there (e.g. disc in DVD drive or card in card reader), when it shouldn't be doing that check.

I have pop-up blocker on but keep getting a pop-up. Windows - No Disc Exception Proscessing Message c0000013 Paramaters 75b6bf7c 4 75b6bf7c 75 Thanks Gavin

This is not a popup, it's an warning message from Windows that it has encountered a reading problem on your disk - a file is corrupted or missing.
Since this is a non-descript error message finding what file is corrupted will be extremely difficult. Unless you are willing to lose a few days troubleshooting your Windows at a basic/file level the best way to deal with it is to save your personal files and reinstall - it will be way easier and faster.

Many of you might have faced issue called windows – drive not ready and a message ” exception Processing Message c0000a3 parameters 75b6bf7c 4 75b6bf7c 75b6bf7c” right below of that. It will keep disturb you every now and then even if you close this number of times This normally happens when you remove a drive like Floppy drive, CD Drive or Pen drives from its working conditions without proper instructions. You can see the error below.

Here is the steps to solve the issue:

a) Simply put a CD/DVD in to the CD/DVD drive and click on Continue.

b) Open the CPU box and make sure all the data cables connected properly.Like data cable for Floppy drive and CD/DVD Drives.

If you have compressed the hard disk drive using the Compress drive to save disk space option under the Properties menu for your hard disk drive and have performed a non-destructive recovery or a system recovery, the following error message may appear: NTLDR is compressed. Press CRTL-ALT-DEL to restart. This error message is resolved by following these steps:
  1. Insert the HP Recovery Tools CD or Compaq Recovery Tools CD into the CD drive on the computer and restart the computer.Wait for the HP Recovery Tools CD or Compaq Recovery Tools CD window to open.
  2. Select Run Microsoft Recovery Console , click Next , and then follow the onscreen instructions. NOTE: If you are unable to open a recovery console, follow the Alternate steps .
  3. Press R to repair the Windows XP installation using Recovery Console.
  4. Enter the appropriate number for the WINDOWS installation, for example, the WINDOWS installation could be listed as 3: C:\WINDOWS or 3: D:\WINDOWS .
  5. If prompted, enter your Administrator password and press Enter . If there is no password, just press Enter .
  6. At the prompt, if the WINDOWS installation you selected in Step 4 was C:\WINDOWS, type: cd c:\Or, if the WINDOWS installation you selected in Step 4 was D:\WINDOWS, type: cd d:\
  7. At the prompt, type: attrib -c ntldr and then press Enter .
  8. At the prompt, type: exit
  9. Press the Enter key and immediately remove all discs or diskettes from the computer to allow the computer to restart. The error message should be resolved.
Alternate steps NOTE: These alternate steps work for HP and Compaq desktop PCs with Windows XP and a recovery partition. (M0st HP and Compaq PCs with Windows XP have a recovery partition on the hard disk drive.) These steps do not work if you have replaced the hard disk drive, replaced Windows with another operating system, or repartitioned the recovery partition. You can use the following steps if you are unable to open a recovery console:
  1. Turn on the computer. When the initial logo screen appears, press the F10 key repeatedly until a message about starting recovery appears.
  2. At the Recovery screen, click Advanced Options and then press the Alt and D keys at the same time to go to a command prompt.
  3. At the command prompt, enter the following: diskpart
  4. At the command prompt, enter the following: list volume
  5. Remember the drive letter next to line for the main hard drive; HP_PAVILION or PRESARIO.

  7. At the command prompt, enter the drive letter followed by a colon (:). For example, H:
  8. At the command prompt, enter the following: cd \windows\system32
  9. At the command prompt, type the following: compact ntldr /u <the drive letter>:\ntldr For example if the drive letter was H, you would type: compact ntldr /u h:\ntldr
  10. Type exit and press Enter .

Hello drea_mike67,

There may be any number of storage device faults causing the no disk exception error message. For instance, a usb device may have been removed without choosing the 'safely remove hardware' option. If that's the case then reconnect the usb device and choose 'safely remove hardware' (bottom right hand corner of your PC screen), and then remove the USB device.

If the error message still comes up then try using the device manager in the windows control panel like this:

•Opening the Control Panel
The Windows Control Panel can be opened by:
Selecting *Start > Control Panel (on Windows Vista)
- OR -
Start > Run > Type 'Control' and select OK (on Windows XP)

In the Control Panel, do the following:
•Select System
•Select the Hardware tab
•Select Device Manager
•Look for disk drives or other drives that are not used or recognized...
•Right click the device(s) and select uninstall

If this solution is helpful please click 'YES' by 'Was this helpful?' below.

Have a great day,

Cannot delete or remove awindow "Window - No Disk and message: exception Processing Message 75b6bf9c 4 75b6bf9c 75b6bf9c

Please try these steps:
scan your computer with a virus checker and anti-spyware etc, clean any infections and reboot if that doesn't work, try changing your drive letter assignments (you can refer it from Microsoft Help instructions), if that doesn't work, try uninstalling your floppy drive or just always keep media in all your drives, though the next two steps are preferable if they work, then try making your software stop looking for drives: e.g. uninstalling and reinstalling an upgraded (or latest possible) version of QuickTime; similarly with your Norton and HP software if you have any, and clearing your most recently used documents or files lists. best regards

Windows error message-

That seems like it's a problem with a malware or virus being present, as it's making windows think there is no system disk.

Check this site:  http://www.consumingexperience.com/2007/11/windows-no-disk-exception-processing.html

It will explain how to fix the issue.
