Computers restarts on inserting usb pendrive problem

This happens when you remove the pendrive without SAFELY REMOVE.
Try restarting your computer with the pendrive out of the USB. Change the drive letter using Disk Management.

Hello, If you have the strong virus, your pc can not detect/open /format the storage device (pen drive/sd memory etc),because there is another auto run program is running along with the devicefile. Follow step>Go another PC which is running well, If allthe hidden file and protected system file can see in that PC think that is wellin condition. HI, I think it could bedue to virus activity. Some virus make the contents of the drive hidden, that'swhy user can't see the files and the space available for use is less than thecapacity and also can not open the drive. It is suggested thatgo to FOLDER OPTIONS - and select SHOW HIDDEN FILES. It may show the hiddenfiles. If can not show ,hidden file (tools >folder option>view> check on show hidden file>check off hide protected and checkoff hide extension) now can see all hidden file in c drive. If not think...... For ensure again run >type> msconfig > hit can not open ms config ifvirus effected run > type> regedit>hit>can not open registry ifvirus effected run > type >gpedit.msc>hit can not open group editpolicy if virus effected Otherwise, if youdon't have any vital data on the drive, just format it in another pc.Pleasenote, before insert the Pen drive .Go to run command from start menu OR Press Winkey+R and type gpedit.msc and hit >Usser configuration >system>turn off auto play >enable >use downarrow key select all drive >apply >ok. Insert pendrive firmly 1st then restart ur pc ; inbuilt pendrive drivers will be installed after restart of pc your work refresh ur comptuer about 5 times till the drivers get installed goto "mu computer" ur pendrive icon will be displayed double click n start using repeat the above process if it doesnt work 1st time

First try another computer if the same problem appear, try to open the system of the pc by pressing F2 or F10 depending on your BIOS and select USB boot device there.Restart the computer and try to load the pendrive. Another you may need to installe USB driver from your motherboard installer.
