Dell 5110cn Color printing only printing in black and white
I have a Dell 5110cn Network Laser Color Printer. When I choose to print, it is only printing in black and white- no color is printing. Other people on the network are having no problems with printing in color.

Many thanks for that but have checked that... it now transpires that some users can print colour but others can't!!! Arrgh this is getting worse as I don't know if it is printer based or user problem. I have since connected to the printer and it only prints black & white for me!!!!

The reaason it keeps trying to print is because it's in the print queue on your network.
Have whoever sent this to the printer open the print queue and delete it.
Only the originator or the print queue admin can delete the job
This has to do with the document printing properties. When you are ready to print a document, choose properties and make sure you go through the printer settings under that software. The test page only verifies the cartridges. The printer properties of the software control the printer during printing.
You can replace by color. Keep in mind if one color is out, it may not print.
You might be able to get around it by selecting black and white printing in the printer settings under the control panel. It's in the advanced settings of the printer.
