TV won't come on- green and red lights flashing

tried to check first the power supply if no any sign of bulging electrolytic capacitor this was a common that we encountered trouble.

A possible bad lamp if not replaced recently or removed and at least examined. What is model number and what have you tried so far?

Tv probally needed a new tv projection lamp.This tv has not been change it projection lamp like 1 1/2 or 2 years already?Tv been on and used it like 4 or 5 hours everyday?Yes,than the tv flashing or solid on green LED light is on have a word "LAMP" written on it tv bazel frame?Yes,tv 100% require a new tv projection lamp replacement.

One of two things can be the problem...one the bulb is bad...two the ballast is bad. If the bulb is not bad then the ballast is...it can usually be fixed by replacing a resistor on the board itself...it is labeled R3 and is a 1000 ohm resistor

Ur backlight video board it dead.Must replaced the board.

Green light flashes 5 and then red light flashes 6

or a new lamp. you could first replace the lamp.
the screen might work fine for a couple of seconds, but then it fades away or deteriorates. This means the lamp is going bad.

Hi. Thats a nice tv you have there. If your able to get free estimate from repair shop go for it. It could only be dry joints but it could be loptx & other components which could be pricey.
