Question about Zyxel Prestige 334 Router
I am already aware that the password to gain access to my Zyxel NBG334W wireless router is 1234 but this unfortunately does not seem to give me access and so I wish to do a factory restore. How do you do a factory restore of settings? I thought I had already done this by hitting the reset button when being prompted on the sign in screen. My capslock is also off

Resetting the NBG334W
If you forget your password or IP address, or you cannot access the web configurator, you will
need to use the RESET button at the back of the NBG334W to reload the factory-default
configuration file. This means that you will lose all configurations that you had previously
saved, the password will be reset to “1234” and the IP address will be reset to “192.168.1.1”.
