Make sure the cord is not detached from the module itself. Please see support articles here and here to guide you through this issue. There are some basic tests you can perform, but you may have to find another one to confirm the source of the problem as the adapter or printer. Sometimes a local printer tech will have one you can use to check your printer, if you take the printer in to them.
Here's one source of a replacement, if it turms out to require one.
